Christoph Gebel has been working for the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation (SRG) since 2001, inter alia, as head of programme at former radio DRS 1 and later as head of entertainment at Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen SRF. At SRF, he is member of the Executive Board and heads the Operations department. Before joining the SRG, Christoph worked for the private sector in Biel. He was founder and director of Radio CANAL 3, founder and delegate of the Board of Directors of TeleBielingue and media director of Gassmann AG.

Markus Baumer

Markus Baumer is CFO of Radio Fribourg and of the ad production company Mediapub (Mediapub SA). He is the delegate of the board of directors of La Télé (Vaud Fribourg TV SA), member of the board of directors of the advertising magazine Sept.info (Sept.ch SA) and the appointed treasurer among the board members of the association of Swiss Private Radios (VSP).

Wolfgang Elsässer

Wolfgang Elsässer has been CEO of CH Media TV AG and a member of the CH Media Executive Board since June 2024. Previously, he was CEO at blue Entertainment AG for 5 years, where he managed the pay TV offerings of blue Sport and blue Fiction, blue News, blue Music and blue Cinemas in Switzerland. He was also responsible for the entire entertainment business, 3rd party offerings and the blue TV platform at Swisscom AG. Until 2019, Wolfgang was with Telekom AG in Bonn and managed the TV and entertainment business and very successfully launched the TV platform Magenta TV. Prior to that, he held various entertainment management positions, such as Chief Regional Officer Europe and CEO of Astra Germany, Chief Sales Officer at Sky and Head of Sales and Marketing at Grundig AG. Wolfgang holds an MBA from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Dr. Jascha Schneider-Marfels

Dr. Jascha Schneider-Marfels is an independent attorney-at-law in Basel. He has worked as a journalist for various radio and TV broad­casters in Switzerland for many years. His legal activities are focussed on media law and providing consulting to SMEs. Since 2015, Dr. Jascha Schneider-Marfels has been a lecturer at the University of Basel. Since 2013 he has been a broadcasters’ delegate at Swissperform.

Martin Zaugg

Lic. iur. Martin Zaugg, lawyer LL.M., has worked for SRG since 2015, from 1 October 2019 as Deputy Head of Legal Services and since 2021 as its Co-Head. His work at SRG covers all areas of law (including copyright law). Martin Zaugg studied law at the University of Bern and was admitted to the Bern Bar in 2001. Before joining SRG, he worked as a court clerk and extraordinary president of the court in the bilingual court district of Biel-Nidau and as a lawyer at a medium-sized law firm in Zurich and Berne specialising in commercial law.
